RESEARCH TRAINING
In higher education, Josie works for more than 50 universities internationally, giving lectures and research training workshops on publishing research, on conference presentations, and on impact & research communication skills.
In the UK, Josie’s higher education clients run right across the sector from Oxford, Cambridge and the majority of the Russell Group, to post-1992 universities and Vitae (the UK’s national researcher training body).
In continental Europe, she has worked for universities in Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Germany, while in the USA she has worked for the universities of Princeton, Pennsylvania and Stanford.
Josie works with researchers at all levels, from postgraduates to postdoctoral researchers and senior research staff. She has also been in demand for other forms of research development consultancy, for example coaching a senior researcher through a successful interview process for a major 5-year ERC research grant.
